I'm Elizabeth Walker, your Academic Outreach Director. I'm available for both Faculty and Students for online assistance with Blackboard.

    • Passwords and login information
    • Assist students with determining if online learning is right for them
    • Assist student in minimum computer skills and requirements for online courses
    • Questions about technical issues with Blackboard or E-Racer.
    • Answer questions about computer use in Blackboard and E-Racer.

I can assist faculty with:

    • General questions regarding Blackboard and E-Racer functions and use

    • Creation of Blackboard courses

    • Copying of Bb course materials

    • Questions regarding passwords and login information

    • Student concerns and problems in Blackboard and E-Racer

    • E-Racer workshops and tutorials
