    • Passwords and login information
    • Assist students with determining if online learning is right for them
    • Assist student in minimum computer skills and requirements for online courses
    • Questions about technical issues with RedZone/E-Racer.
    • Answer questions about computer use with RedZone/ E-Racer.
    • Weekend and Evening questions

 

I can assist faculty with:

    • General questions regarding RedZone/ E-Racer functions and use

    • Providing Introductory materials for the system for students

    • Creation of  course development shells

    • Copying of  course materials

    • Questions regarding passwords and login information

    • Student questions, concerns and problems

    • E-Racer workshops and tutorials

    • Creating Jing Videos
